Employee and Job Descriptions

There are many screens related to Human Resources in Daphne. The most basic one is Personnel Information which is also master data such as product, customer, etc.

Personnel Information and job descriptions should be entered.

The Employee register is where you store all important information about your employees, such as name, job title, address, telephone numbers, etc.

We recommend you enter the dates of employment and termination dates. These fields are used for the Employee Turnover chart.

Let's go to the job descriptions screen from the green menu.

A job description not only describes the position’s responsibilities, it sets the foundation for recruiting, developing, and retaining talent and also sets the stage for optimum work performance by clarifying responsibilities, expected results, and evaluation of performance.

It is important to select the Upper Position field because it determines the position in the organization chart.
